Order Processing:
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within
4-5 business days. We do not offer same-day shipping.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Payment Options:
New Customers: Are required to fill out a credit application for open terms. There is a 1-week
processing time period for credit applications. For immediate shipment requests we suggest paying by Visa,
M/C or COD (cashier check).
Existing Customers: Payment terms will be consistent with what is currently set up our system.
Shipping:
BioWorld's standard shipping method is Federal Express Ground. We do offer 1-day, 2-day and 3-day shipping for
additional cost. Freight fees will vary based on FedEx's published rates.

Back Orders:
We assume back orders are accepted. If you do not want back orders, please reference "No back orders" in the

Returns & exchanges:
Please call customer service with your request at our
toll free number: (888) 831-2138. Orders must be inspected when received. Goods may only be returned for defects or non-conformity. Defective claims must be made within 10 days of delivery of the goods.
